Get Started

When you join HIIT 90 you will be welcomed into our online private members community as a challenger. You will gain full membership to the HIIT 90 plan and have access to the ‘Getting Started’ chapter of the programme.

Training And Nutrition Phases

We deliver your HIIT 90 plan over 3 phases starting with ‘Phase 1 – Total Detox’. Access your training plan from anywhere in the world and explore the members only ‘Exercise Library’, ‘Mindset Coaching Platform’ and the signature ‘Recipes To Reshape Cookbook Guides’.

Online Support and Community Group

Here at HIIT 90 we support you every step of the way delivering you a brand new week of coaching every Saturday.
